The Sleep Disorders Center at Coliseum Northside Hospital is a newly renovated, five-bed sleep diagnostic facility that is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).

After careful evaluation of each sleep study, our team implements appropriate therapy and forwards results to the referring physician.

Good sound sleep is essential for our health and well-being. Unfortunately, more than 100 million Americans of all ages fail to get a good night sleep on a regular basis. The inability to fall asleep, stay asleep or remain awake can indicate and contribute to serious health problems.

Disturbed sleep patterns may be related to physical and psychological problems. Some people with sleep problems are aware that something is wrong, while others do not realize it. Only by carefully studying patients’ symptoms can physicians pinpoint possible sleep related disorders.
