Coliseum Health System - September 05, 2017

So, Coliseum Medical Centers is offering a free PSA screening test during the Coliseum Classic Cruisin’ Car Show on September 30, but what does that mean?

What is a PSA screening anyway?

A PSA blood test help find prostate cancer when it’s easier to treat. Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a substance produced by the cells in the prostate gland and a PSA screening measures the amount of PSA in the blood. A high number on a PSA screening doesn’t automatically mean you have cancer, but it means that you need to have further testing at your doctor’s office. This car show could literally save your life!

If you own a car you want to showcase, you can register it for free! Anyone can come to check out the cool cars on display! Find out more about our event on our Facebook event page!
