Coliseum Northside Hospital will host a free seminar in Warner Robins on weight loss surgery options that can help alleviate the health problems caused by excess weight. The seminar will feature bariatric surgeon, Dr. January Hill, who will discuss treatment options that can help with a healthier life. The seminar will be held at Central Georgia Technical College’s Warner Robins campus on Thursday, September 26 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sonny Watson Health Sciences Building, Room W113B.
Dr. Hill said, “Sustained weight loss can be often be difficult to achieve on your own. Weight loss surgery can not only help with the weight loss, but it can help with diabetes, blood pressure, and a host of weight-related medical problems. People can reclaim their lives back and do things they were not able to do because of the impact that obesity had on their health and quality of life.”
