Dr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his degree in Chemistry. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and served a surgery internship at the Baylor College of Medicine. Further training included a year of General Surgery Residency prior to completing his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
