Every Thursday: Yoga for Seniors with Dena Hobbs (1 hr)
1:00 pm $5 each or $15 month - All levels of experience are welcome. Participants will learn several poses that will focus on core strength and balance. Each pose can be modified to each individual’s physical capabilities including the use of chairs.

Tues. April 1: Sprouting into Spring with Agape Nursery & Landscaping (1 hr)
10:00 am $5 - Container gardening using flowers for shade, flowers for sun, and vegetables.

Tues. April 8: A Glance at the Past with Muriel Jackson from Washington Memorial Library (2hr)
10:00 am $5 - Learn about the hidden treasures in Genealogical & Historical Room and the Middle GA Archives

Tues. April 15: Fixing Acid Reflux with Dr. Elizabeth May (1 hr)
10:00 am $5 - Learn about the causes and treatments for persistent heartburn and acid reflux.

Tues. April 15: Don’t Let Knee Pain Stop You -
11:30 am - Free - If you suffer from knee pain, join Dr. DeCoons as he discusses causes, newtreatment options, and total knee replacement. A free lunch will be provided.

Tues. April 22:  Kitchen Creations with Wayne Thompson (2hr)
10:00 am $8 - Prepare a delicious, gourmet 5 course meal that is easy, inexpensive & can be modified for 1 or 2 servings. Includes live cooking demonstrations, sampling the finished products, and leaving with the recipes.

Tues. June 10 Ensure You’re on the Right Track: Seniors Guide to Insurance with The Rogers Insurance Agency (1hr)
10:00 am$5 - Learn basic insurance terms and how to lower your cost with discounts and still have adequate coverage. Also learn how to protect your assets with financial planning tips to ensure long term stability.

Tues. June 24 Wii Bowling Tournament (2hr)
10:00 am $5 - Put together a team or join one when you arrive. Come enjoy all the perks of bowling without the shoes or heavy ball.
