Focus on Healing (Lebed) Class
Monday and Thursday, 8 - 9 a.m.Tuesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. - Noon $34 per month; $20 for H2U members
This class provides slow, resistive therapeutic exercises to music ... sitting and/or standing, focusing on posture, breathing, range of motion, balance and more! It is specifically for those surviving cancer, stroke, cardiac, chronic fatigue syndrome and lymphedema, and all seniors wanting to be healthy! Call (478) 765-4413.

Bridge Anyone?
Tuesday and Friday, 1 - 4 p.m. Free
The back of the main dining room at Coliseum Medical Centers is reserved every Tuesday and Friday afternoon for H2U. All players are welcome to gather for an afternoon of bridge. Tables, chairs and coffee are supplied; just bring your cards and foursome!

H2U Exercise Programs at Mathews Athletic Center H2U at Coliseum Health System is very proud to offer an excellent fitness program to all our members. A wide array of land and water exercise class options are available as well as access to strength training and cardiovascular equipment at Mathews Athletic Center at Wesleyan College. For $20 a month, members have full use of the Mathews Athletic Center from 9 a.m. to noon each day, Monday through Friday. This is a great deal offering 20 classes a week and use of the equipment. Full membership to MAC is also available to H2U members for $312 a year. Call Kathy Malone at (478) 757-3775 at Mathews Athletic Center to receive a complete list of programs and fees.
