Coliseum Offers Free Education and Screening for Lung Health

Macon, GA - On Wednesday, November 9th, The Coliseum Center for Pulmonary Health and The Coliseum Cancer Institute will offer a community lecture and luncheon for the public on Managing Your Lung Health. Consumers will learn about COPD, which is now the third leading cause of death determined by the CDC. Lung cancer and other lung diseases will be discussed giving our consumers a better idea of how to protect and take care of their lungs. This event is free and includes lunch; however, participants must make a reservation by calling (478) 746-4646. Following this event, on Wednesday, November 16th, Coliseum will offer a pulmonary screening with Simple Spirometry from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm for consumers not previously diagnosed with a lung condition.
