Coliseum Health System is proud to serve the Macon and middle Georgia communities with two excellent medical/surgical facilities, Coliseum Medical Centers and Coliseum Northside Hospital.
Coliseum Health System is a three-hospital system located in Macon. You know us better as Coliseum Medical Centers, Coliseum Northside Hospital and Coliseum Center for Behavioral Health. Over the last 40 years, it has been our privilege to care for many of you, your family and friends.
We have two full-service medical-surgical hospitals and one psychiatric facility. Our staff and physicians are trained in the most advanced health care available in this area from cardiology to birthing services to emergency care and inpatient/outpatient surgery. All medical specialties are represented on our medical staffs from family practice to orthopedics to pediatrics to neurosurgery.

Patient Services
Coliseum Health System also offers non-medical patient and community services. The Carelink Program is designed to handle patient suggestions and concerns, and monitor treatment outcomes. The Coliseum Center for Behavioral Health sponsors Life-Line, a free mental health referral and assessment service. H2U, a wellness organization for those 50 years and older is located at both hospitals. Our expertly trained staff provides specialty services to our community at the following centers:

Community Services
Community offerings include a variety of support groups and free educational lectures on various health topics. Meeting times and upcoming events are listed here. As a vital member of the community, Coliseum Health System frequently organizes charity food drives, encourages employee participation in health fundraisers, and annually sponsors health events in middle Georgia. Coliseum Health System has a total of over 350 beds, more than 1400 dedicated employees, and over 500 physicians with privileges. The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations accredits all three facilities.
